StageArt - ideas meeting the stage

StageArt was born from an idea by Anita Miele, who at just 14, has already spent years immersed in classical and contemporary dance and on stage. StageArt is a project created to give young dancers a new voice: not only performing, but also creating, transforming their dreams into real performance. Together with her best friend Kate Gosteli, Anita gathered other passionate dancers and shaped a team that now includes seven young artists guided by an experienced choreographer with 25 years of experience in classical ballet, contemporary dance and choreography.

Equilibrium

The curtain rises to show the humanity and the four basic elements: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire, moving in a delicate dance of balance. For ages, our little souls are trying to learn how to live in harmony with their ancient rhythm in a constant dance, balance and equilibrium between the elements and themselves. But a new presence appears from the shadows: an intelligence not born from nature, quiet and glowing with its own strange will is jumping on the scene making things again more and more complicated. Will harmony last, or will the stage fall into a silent pause, leaving the choice to those who watch, as the lights slowly fade to black?

Through the original choreography created by the StageArt dancers together with a professional choreographer, the show invites the audience on a journey from ancient forces to contemporary and modern challenges, asking if humanity can once again find, as it once did with the elemental forces of nature, the right Equilibrium.
